保存方法:如未即時享用,請將產品保存於 0°C 以下冰櫃內(不建議用雪櫃代替),可保存最多3星期。

最佳享用貼士:從冰櫃取出後直接放入焗爐 (約170°C) 翻熱約10分鐘或多士爐 (中低溫) 翻熱約4至5分鐘,即有如享用新鮮酸種麵包一樣。

    Ingredients: Japanese super melanger bread flour, German wholemeal spelt flour, Sourdough starter, Water, Sea salt, Weekly special toppings

    How to store: Keep in freezer below 0°C if you cannot finish. They can be kept for maximum 3 weeks.

    Best way to toast your bread: Take out the bread from your freezer and reheat in the oven at 170°C for 10 mins or at your toaster (medium low heat) for 4-5 mins.
